Joy's personal trainer not only helped her lose weight for her wedding, but also made sure that she kept it off with continued training and boot camp attendance.
When I first met Terry five years ago I worked out 5 days a week for two hours each day. I did the same exercise over and over again, and the same cardio machine day in and day out in a health club. I was truly committed; however I couldn't lose weight or begin to build muscle. For years I went at it. I finally came to the realization that I needed help. I couldn't do it alone.
My first appointment with personal trainer Terry was pretty sad. I cried and cried and he listened. I will never forget what he said to me. "You will be at the gym less time and you will lose weight. However you must follow my advice. I know what I'm doing, you must trust me."
I have never looked back since then. He has helped me change my body from the inside out. Over the years he has taught me how to feed my body what it needs, and to strength train in a safe, fun way. I am stronger now than I ever have been and have lost weight and kept it off. Without his guidance, I would probably still be doing the same thing and getting the same results. Coach Terry is truly a dedicated fitness trainer with so much knowledge and experience.

Remember 3 months ago when we first met? I said I wanted to be a size 8? Guess what??? I put on my favorite designer black suit size 8 AND IT FITS!!!!!!!!!!! While I thought the goal was achievable, eventually, I really did not expect this result in such a short time. My weight loss is slow and steady and really not as important as it once was. Terry, It’s hard to believe that it has been one year since we first met. Thanks to your program and your support I have been transformed both physically and mentally. vOne year ago I seriously doubted that I could get through your boot camp class. It looked too hard, I was too old, and I was too out of shape. vOne year ago, I could not stick with any exercise or diet plan more than two weeks. vOne year ago I was 3 sizes larger, 20 pounds heavier and miserable. “I can’t” was my excuse. Then I started your boot camp. Once I passed the two week milestone, I knew I could continue. I could do anything for an hour!
